What is number for Customer Service - I have a billing issue with Connect???

I need to cancel my Connect Pro account. I am not able to log into the account to cancel or turn off auto renew feature because of new limitations on work laptop

I have been clicking around the Adobe site for 30minutes and all links lead back to "In meeting support" which is not what I need help with
