What message does the user see when they attempt to enter a webinar room that has reached quota?

Hi everyone,

we are hosting a webinar today which probably will reach the attendee limit - which message does the attendees see when they enter the room and the limit was reached? Is it possible to edit the message?

I found this screenshot but it's from 2012 and I am not sure if it's still up to date: What message does the user see when they attempt to enter a meeting room that has reached quota?

    That's actually the screen I got when I tried to connect to the webinar yesterday (it's German but it's the exact wording you said) with my iPhone.

    That is pretty close to the message that they will see. It still states the licensing limitation for the account has been reached, but I'm not sure it provides a link to the troubleshooting page, as that doesn't really help.

    I believe the message is still the same.

    "The user limit for this account has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance."
