Hello! Recently I had a message: Adobe Connect will undergo system maitenence on Feb, 5 8pm-2am. Could you please tell me what time zone does means in the message? Is it somehow relates to Moscow time?

I believe it usually refers to the time where your server is located. The messages I get do reference a time zone, Pacific Time on the West coast of the US. Here is an example from one (PDT = Pacific Daylight Time or UTC -7):

Adobe Connect will undergo system maintenance during the following window:

Start	October 18, 2015 at 08:00 PM PDT
End	October 19, 2015 at 02:00 AM PDT
