When add a curriculum a folder is also added. How are courses getting added to the folder?

I have some users when they create courses and then a curriculum for the course, the courses are being added to the folder created by the curriculum. They are also in the same folder as the curriculum itself. How can this happen?

When adding to a curriculum, there are two choices that look very similar. If the user selects Add Content, then they browse out to the Content library to find the object, and then Connect automatically creates a course in the folder for the curriculum.

If Add Course is selected then the user browses the Training library for the course (already created) and that course gets linked to the curriculum. Doing this means that nothing is added to the folder for the curriculum.

Sounds like they are creating courses in the curriculum from the content version of the course, thus creating a duplicate version of the course. Connect won't associate these courses, and sees them as two separate courses.

I suspect you need to ensure that your users are associating a course to the curriculum, not a content object.
