When I uploade a powerpoint to a meet room (adobe connect) the font SOMETIMES changes. How do I make sure it does not?

    Try making sure everything is Ariel and then see how it appears when you upload it.

    Hi SanneHessel,

    This happens when you are using fonts which are not there on Adobe Connect server.

    There are a few workarounds available:

    1. Buy Adobe Presenter and publish your PPTX to Adobe Connect. This will preserve all your fonts.

    2. Convert the PPTX into a PDF and upload a PDF in the share pod.

    3. As Eric mentioned, embedding fonts may work for you too (i am not sure about this one though).

    PPT gives you an option to embed fonts into the PPT, which will then get used by Adobe Connect in the Flash conversion. It's a bit hard to find, and varies with the PPT version. It's easiest to check the PPT help screen.
