When in a meeting we try to use "Share your screen" - it hangs and fail when trying to install the plugin.

We have Adobe Connect 8. What version and Service Pack are not known.

Problem:

If the "Share your screen" button is clicked in the meeting, it hangs when you try to install the plugin.

This window hangs endlessly.

The problem is massive, happening on almost all customers using Google Chrome.

Google Chrome version "63.0.3239.84", version of the flash plugin of Google Chrome, on the page chrome://components/ - "27.0.0.187"

Questions:

1) How can I check the current version and Service Pack of our Adobe Connect 8?

2) How to solve the problem with "Share your screen"? Can I install some updates?

3) May be need to see what kind of logs?

in file AddInInfo.xml from <CONNECT_HOME>/appserv/common/AddInInfo.xml

we have <m id="addInVersion" platform="Windows">9,4,53,0</m>, is it norm?
