white screen in Adobe Connect

It has been a couple days since the problem has started. I have tried everything. I restarted the mac(macbook air 2021 M1). I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have updated Chrome and Adobe. I installed the 2019 version. I Have tried it with Safari and Microsoft edge. I don't Know what else to do. please help me.
