White screen when joining a class in adobe connect

I can join a class but there is only sound but no video. Only white screen appears. Any suggestion to fix it?

    Well, that makes the answer easy. I suspect you use Chrome. There is a known issue with Chrome launching the App when using a Mac on Big Sur. Try launching the meetings from Safari or directly in the app (no browser) and see if that works. This is expected to be fixed in 11.0.6.

    I have the same issue but I use the Safari Browser. Joining directly from the adobe connect isn´t working too. Since yesterday all was fine but suddenly the white screen appeares.
