That setting for room permissions means that the Host of the room won't be asked to accept or decline individuals as they join. However, users will still need to either enter their username and password or select to enter as a Guest and give their name in that field before entering.

Having a Connect room is like have a virtual meeting room with a table that has name tags in front of it. Everyone must put their name on a name tag before entering. The access level you set on the server dictates what happens after someone fills out their name tag.

ok, thanks for your response Jorma, however in the Mobile app only appears to select member, and I dont´ know why in others webinars with adobe connect appears both (member and Guest) , ¿could it be the progamming session?.

There are three levels of access that can best for a Meeting.

If the top option is selected then the ability for guest users is not available.

If that was not the option selected then it is likely that a Host in the room turned on the option to Block Guest Access in the Meeting menu.
