Why can't I access my training?

I keep getting a message that says I am "not authorized" to continue training even though I already completed one course. It is very annoying as this is my only free time. Any reason for this and how can I change it?

    You need to reach out to the individual or group who enrolled you or manages the training. They will be able to identify why you no longer have access.
