Why can't I successfully install Connect from Adobe Connect Add-In Installer?

I've tried several times from both Chrome and Safari. It says the installation was completed, but it does not show up in my Applications folder or anywhere else. And when I try to use it says, try again, whichI do, but it still doesn't happen.  Help please.

    I would recommend you try installing the app using the installer file. They can be found here: Adobe Connect Downloads and Updates

    If that doesn't work you may need to work directly with Adobe Connect Support to find a solution: Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support
