Why does the sound stop in the middle of a recording?
We recorded an Adobe Connect meeting (which proceeded fine.) In the recording, however, the sound seems to stop abruptly at minute 39. I don't know if the recording always had this problem or only recently developed this problem. (We've had this recording since Sept, and someone just complained about it today.) Two people, including myself, have tried it on multiple computers and browsers, and run into the same issue. Does anyone have ideas on how to troubleshoot it?
