why is Adobe Connect add in not working with Windows 10 browers?

In our environment, we have been updating user from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Users who share desktop screens through Adobe connect no longer has the ability to share. I have gone through every process to install the adobe connect add in. Installing it the same way as Windows 7. their is no error, no pop block, you just click the button and it does nothing. It looks like the button is not tied to a executable action. We have tried using the diagnostics to check all functions are installed through the adobe connect tester. all are green. checked services and add-ins and the connect is showing up. Wanted to know if anyone else had this problem.

I am sorry that you are having problems with the addin. What version are you using? I also run windows 10 and have no issues with the addin. Did you download it from the following location: Adobe Connect Downloads and Updates

I am using AdobeConnectAdd-In9.5.3v11.9.976.291. yes I have tried downloading it from the downloads and updates.

I am using Win10 and the newest addin. Try to de-install the addin and install the following:
