Why is my credit card charged $1 for Connect subscription?

i just bought subscription for 1 year and now i notice the took 1 dollar from my acount again ?

so i just want to know why and i want my money back ?

plus how can i delet my card information from your unsecure website?

Hi,

Apologize for the inconvenience !

1$ charge is a test to ensure the authorization of credit card. This amount is returned to customer's account.

Credit card information is not stored anywhere with us. We just have the last four digits of the credit card with us. Rest of the information is deleted from the system after use and instead a token is used which is secure and is not customer's credit card number.

This is not true. Adobe absolutely stores credit card information. Anjali is a scam artist.

This whole thing is a scam it's not unlike any other service that charges you $1 and continues to bill you until you realize it I Quit Adobe the minute I knew they were up to

I would recommend that you contact support through the channels listed on the purchasing page (I assume you purchased your account on the monthly plan) https://service.acrobat.com/cfusion/bots/purchase/index.cfm

If you did purchase through a reseller, contact them.

as i said i paid full for 1 year

and there is no number for international people , all the number belong to usa and on that page it said click here for international number and there is none

plus i try to open the case but it dont shows my order

this is poor  and carpy website

now i have to go to my bank and report adobe for none auturized charge on my cridet card
