Why isn't PowerPoint SmartArt loading

I tried to download addin and it froze my MAC and put characters all over the screen

I tried to download adobe presenter and it said header

413 

Header Length too Large

Hi,

Are you uploading the pptx file in Content library or inside a meeting in Adobe Connect addin?

If in content library, smart arts will be dropped.. to make sure smartarts aren't dropped, upload the pptx file in addin inside a meeting or publish the file using Adobe Presenter to Connect..

    Try clearing your cache or using a different browser to download Presenter. It may be that there is just extra or too much information trying to be passed when you click on the link. FireFox does that to me periodically.
