why isnt powerpoint smartart loading

tried in several versions of ppt from both a mac and a pc, inserted graphics load, but not the inserted SmartArt which is a big portion of how powerpoint slides are built.

    Hi,

    Are you uploading the pptx file in Content library or inside a meeting in Adobe Connect addin?

    If in content library, smart arts will be dropped.. to make sure smartarts aren't dropped, upload the pptx file in addin inside a meeting or publish the file using Adobe Presenter to Connect..
