Why when I log in to my virtual classroom with the admin account it appears a white screen?

The meeting room is: meet18787284.adobeconnect.com

The admin account it is e******@*******.net

It appears a white screen like the image I attached

Which number can i dial to have asistance from México?

The number in the oage is 800-422-3623  i tried with 00,01,001,+1 and it didn´t connect kepp saying the number doesnt exist

    The link shown in your image is to the Service Plan page for the Connect account (which most likely shows as a white page or throws an error). The server URL you listed above is active and working, but you may just need to log into the server, and then select the desired meeting room. Meeting room URLs should have something after your server URL, for example: meet18787284.adobeconnect.com/myroom
