Will PowerPoint auto-advance commands still work after upload?

I've build a PowerPoint slideshow to auto-advance. Will this functionality remain and still work after I've uploaded the show into a Connect room?

The only way I've found to preserve slide timings is to convert the PPT to a video file. You can use a "Save As" option for that in recent PPT versions, then convert to Flash before uploading. Unfortunately, this consumes more bandwidth and degrades slide quality.
