Window disappears upon Share My Computer Screen (Desktop)

My colleagues can connect, we can chat, but as soon as i click on Share My Computer Screen,

the ScreenSharing ConnectNow window disappears.  It does not minimize into a small thumbnail controller, nor does it minimize to the taskbar.

In TaskManager, the ConnectNow process that was associated with that window disappears.

My colleagues tell me that my icon disappears from their Meeting window.

I assume the appl crashed silently.

Please advise
