Yellow Screen in Adobe Connect

Hi! I was trying to attend a music lesson via Adobe Connect. I was able to connect to audio, but when I connected to video, my screen was just yellow. It was yellow on both my and the teacher's ends. I tried both the browser and the laptop app to the same result.

 

I run Catalina 10.15.5 on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015). I Zoom several times a day, so I know my camera works well. Sorry I didn't take a screenshot 😕😕

    It sounds like you have the Snapchat camera installed, and Connect is setting that virtual camera input as your main camera. 

     

    You can 1) open up the Snap camera and use the fun things in Connect or 2) go into your browser and Connect settings to set your actual camera as your video input.
