    Try using the Forgot Password link below the login to get an email to reset your password. If that doesn't work you will need to contact your account admin to help get your access restored.

    After the selection, the reset link does not reach the mail address

    you need to be very urgent support for me.

    Check your Junk or Spam box for the password reset email, it can end up there. 
    You should reach out to your university if you don't recieve the password reset email. This is a user community forum, and we don't have any access to the account or control over getting anyone access. The university should have account administrators who can help. The account administrators will be your best path to urgent support.
