2019 substance licenses not working.

I have 2019 Substance Painter and Substance Designer. I also have the Key for them but there no longer working in the activation wizard. The only other post I found recommends sending an e-mail to contact@substance3D.com, but that no longer works. I have a creative cloud subscription, but not with the substance 3D add-on. Am I still able to use the 2019 perpetual licenses?
