A Lock for Passthrough Layers

Hi,
 

Is there a way to prevent a PassThrough filter/Layer above from reading through a specific folder?

For example, a folder blend mode that would act as a boundary and prevent filters above it from detecting the layers insidethat folder?

Is this possible in Substance 3D Painter?
