Accessing UDIM > Texture Set Settings > Description via python script

Hello,

I was trying to figure out where to access the "description" field for a UDIM tile's texture set settings with python.  I wasn't able to find it in the docs.  If anyone knows where to grab the description string, that would be really helpful.
