Adobe edu through Identit - e

Hi,

I went through the process with Identit -e to get approved for substance painter.

They accpeted me and sent me a redeam code. I redeamed the code. I cant download the programe, its nowhere to be found. In my creative cloud app, painter cant be downloaded, it still says ask a request.

And ofcourse you cant email anyone to adobe for help. Im stuck

does your cc desktop app still show "try" or "buy" for substance 3d?
