An Error with Entering in Painter 3D

Yesterday I received a student license for Adobe Substance Painter. After installation, the program requires activation, but when you enter your data, the error "Email or password are incorrect (status 403)" pops up. Email and password are exactly correct, I even tried to change it a couple of times.
If there are experts, please tell me where I messed up?
