Approved for 1 year trial but only got 30 day trial (Substance 3D Student and Teacher Edition)

I was approved for 1 year but the application only shows 1 month, I am unable to request help because this is a school account.

We appreciate you writing in. There seems to be some kind of misunderstanding here. Adobe does not provide trial more than 7 days.
