AS3DP Crashing on right click and Display Settings

AS3DP version 7.2.1 on Windows

Upon updating to the most recent version, the program stops responding every time I right click or click the display settings. Both times, It seems to be attempting to open a menu, because a black rectangle pops up.

I am also getting a white screen and immediatly unresponsive on startup and this seemed to depend on the day for a while, but I have been getting it every time.  I reported this issue months ago, but it has been more frequent and has gotten in the way of work. I found only a temporary workaround was to delete the program from my registry and/or run as administrator. This is the only way I have been able to run the program currently.
