Asking for Texture for PBR Texture

Hello, so i want to recreate this red part like in the picture by PBR Texture, can anyone suggest what texture combination should i use, i already tried cell 4 + Blur slope but can't get the circular brush like in the picture

I'm confused about what you mean by "PBR texture" as the reference image is a stylized drawing, not a Physically Based Render (which is what PBR stands for). Sounds more like you are trying to create a stylized render, which you would not do at all with Substance Painter, which is a paint program, but instead would be done with a rendering program in the shader.
