Automated export from different texture

Hi all,

I'm texturing a model for UE4 that will have different diffuse and ORM. 

In the project I'm doing different forlders for the different textures so when I export I rename the texture set with the number of the folder.

Is there any tool or script that can make me export each folder as a separate texture? Or, is there any other workflow that I can do?
