Question

Baking by mesh doesn´t count ID map

Hi, I have an issue with ID map. I want to bake by mesh name High poly model with colors on Low poly model. So than I can place textures by ID maps (colors) on it but when I am baking, the colors are baked to different objects as you can see at the picture. Also I add pictures with options in baker which I changed.

If you will help me I will love you thanks xd.

Hello @Jakub33353676komm,

It looks like the map is bleeding on other parts.

Reduce the Max Frontal Distance in order to prevent bleeding, and check in the baking log that the Matching by name has work properly.

Let me know.

Thanks for reply, unfortunetly it doesn´t work. Matching by name looks fine (for some reason I can see only one part at a time, but I can scrolling in it and see all of them).  Actually It looks like it´s still bleeding all maps not just ID but I don´t know why when I set up normal map etc. like matching by name.

From the screenshot you sent, I have two leads. Either the UV islands don't have enough margins in order to bake without bleeding, either they don't have enough texel density.

Can we have a look at the UVs?

PS: Names LowP_ and HighP_ are good.
