baking problem in substance

Hi, I am a student. Currently facing a problem with my project

 

U can see that there has some weird stuff on the UV after I baked them.

It very affects the result I want 

Hope someone can help me or teach me how to solve that.

(My way of doing this might be wrong)

One of your meshes is bleeding on its neighbor, you have to adjust the ray distance of the bakers or use the atching by name feature: https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation/bake/matching-by-name-182256530.html
