Basic question. (Single channels not working)

Hello team I'm startinng by testing the tool, and I'm new with everything, but IM struggling to get working the single channels. Only the material channel works fine.

Can you tell me what is causing this, or I need to enable something?

    Your screenshot does not show your layers panel. Have you added a material using the Base Color channel yet?

    Hello Dave, yes the object has the material assigned..., is so weird.
