Blender export causes Substance Painter "Missing seams on hard edges" error

Hi there, I posted my problem already here Blender forum  , so I will just paste the link to it.

I know it's kind of related to Blender more than to Substance Painter, just wanted to ask if anyone had this problem before and how to fix this. For some reason I can't attach my model here it says:

  • The attachment's weapon_pist_hkp2000.obj content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed. Just use my Google Drive link that I provided on the Blender forum.

Any help is appreciated.

I solved it. I guess the problem was in the new obj export format? I downloaded the stable 3.6 Blender version, then imported my model through the old obj import format(legacy), selected and merged all vertices by distance, and ticked "sharp edges" on, and it calculated custom normals data embedded in mesh and created sharp edges there, for some reason when you do the same with new obj format it doesn't create any sharp edges when you tick "sharp edges"... so maybe it's a bug?
