Browsing a locally saved substance material library

I collected a library of sustance materials from purchases and downloads. Is there a way to browse that folder with the same swatches as what appears in the online library?

Any suggestions are very welcome.

Have you added the folder location to your library in Edit > Settings > Libraries ?
