Can't click on adobe prerelease program participation link for addon

Hi everyone,

Tried to click on "accept" the first time adobe released the substance designer to blender addon. And just tried to click on it again a few months later. It isn't a broswer issue since I've tried it on chrome, firefox and my phone. Is adobe prerelease only for full subscribers? I have the photography plan.
