Question

Can't download materials in the library with a substance education account

Hellow,

I wanted to download a material in order to use it in Substance Painter for one of my project. I have an education student/teacher license thanks to my school, but the library always send this message when I try to download a ressource, and says I need to purchase an abonnement. However, when I accept to get one, it only tall me I already have one, which is the case. I don't really know what's wrong, if someone already had this problem and can help me it would be cool.
Cheers

In addition, it's important to note that there's no licence for the 3D assets library only.

Hello @Clement29345170zv5y,

Interesting situation.

Just so you know, this is the expected behavior. The Substance 3D Assets library isn't available with the Students/Teachers offer.

Therefore, you need a different licence if you want access to the library. However, considering you already have a Texturing license, the Creative Cloud doesn't let you have two similar licences running at the same time.

I'm not a CC expert (and I'll probably move this thread to a different community to make sure you'll have a proper answer), but I think you simply have to stop your current subscription (the student one), before subscribing to the regular offer.
