Can't download new materials in substance painter

Hey ! So I'm having an issue with downloading new materials in substance. I just downloaded the material i want from the community assets and copy it in assets>materials, but when i open substance it doesn't appear...

I've seen that my cache disk is almost full though (95%). Do you think this causes my problem ? If yes, how can i reduce or delete it ? Is it better to reduce it or delete it ?

Hi @justine_wse,

What's the exact location of the custom asset? Are you sure the Asset Panel in Substance Painter doesn't have a filter applied?

In addition, I advise you to simply use the new Substance 3D Assets window directly inside Painter. The selected material will automatically be added to your library.
