Cannot download Painter and Designer, 'update required'

I'm unable to download both software because it says I must update my system, while everything is already up-to-date as far as I know. My PC does have the right hardware requirements so I have no idea where it goes wrong.

 

Specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX with Radeon Graphics
  • GeForce RTX 4070
  • 32 GB RAM

    Turns out I was unable to download anything because I was using Opera, and apparently it's optimised for Mac users. So this problem is solved.
