Cannot find Allegorithmic folder?

Hey! 
I can't for the life of me find the allegorithmic folder and subsequent subfolder for Substance painter... So adding new materials to the shelf etc is not possible. 

I'm looking in my documents folder and through 'users and documents'. Any help would be appreciated.
