Cannot re-install Substance Painter with Student Valid License

Hello fellow adobe users/admins,
I encounter a problem with Substance Painter 3D. I recently upgraded my pc and re installed Windows along. I downloaded Creative Cloud and have still access to MOST of the Adobe Softwares that I use for my studies (PS, iLL, Premiere, AE, ..).
The problem is I cannot download Substance Painter anymore (along with Designer and others that I need and could previously access) tho I had it before with that same email address/account. I only have the options to ask for a new access, or go for Trial version (which is not conceivable for my student status).
When I ask for access I receive an e-mail with a code to use on identit-E to verify eligibility (which should be already done since I can access the other programs as a student), but it tells me that both my e-mail address and the code correspond to nothing in the data base. So I contacted them and they replied that they have nothing to do with those types or errors, can't help me on that matter and Adobe is the place where I have to ask to fix that bug, because I should have Student access until around September, with an account that is already verified through the list of recognized school establishements.

Did anyone encountered this quiproquo error and now how to navigate through it so I can have Substance Painter again, or any admin able to fix this bugy situation ? The situation for me is frozen in place and I can't see how to unblock it !
I would be very thanksfull since I have some projects for my studies that require Substance Painter 3D now.

Thanks a lot for the future help or answers,
A concerned student and adobe user/lover.

Did you contact Adobe regarding this? If not then do so they should be able to help. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
