Cant export any textures in substance painter

I tried to export all of the textures I have on substance painter and I get this? I'm so confused please help.

    Hello @Keira350753667ovi,

     

    There's indeed an issue with the Base Color map. Could you open the log (Window > Views > Log), and share a screenshot of it, so we can determine where the problem comes from?
