Hi, currently trying to install Substance Painter, but Creative Cloud is claiming that my system does not meet the minimum requirements. My Specs are:

OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Home

Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631

System Type x64-based PC

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700, 2100 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB

BaseBoard Product MAG B660 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4 (MS-7D41)

Graphics Card: RTX 3060Ti (12Gb of VRAM)

As far as I can tell, the only issue may be that my OS is Win11 Home? I'm unsure as it doesnt specify anywhere under the requirements what specific Windows type is required.

Hi,

You should be able to run Substance Painter. Have you checked that you are connected to the HDMI port of the graphic card and not to the motherboard?
The substance team isn't in charge of the Creative Cloud though and I can't provide any help there, if the problem persists, I suggest you ask on the Creative Cloud forum.
I hope this helps a bit,

Kind Regards,

Geoffroy SC

'the website tells me my System does not meet the required minimumt to run Substance painter'

What are your current system specs against the minimum requirements specified at the link below (scroll down - don't just look at the first table)?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks, I appreciate the response.

I've just checked on Can You Run It, and it says I should be able to, but I still have the same issue. Thank you for moving the post.
