Commercial use of Steam Substance Painter 2021

is it legal to use the Steam perpetual licence for business/commercial use? Or is the version on steam only for private usage?

There is no limitation with the Steam edition version.

Does that mean that the old indie versus pro licensing model based on company revenue does not apply to Substance Painter on Steam?
