Convert Subscription to Perpetual license

I can only assume that there is no longer the option to convert a subscription to a perpetual license after 12 months of continuous payment, is that correct? Is there any way at all to enable permanent access to the last (pre-Adobe) version of Substance Painter?

Indeed that option was phased out a couple of years ago. The only option to get a perpetual licnense today is through Steam.

Thanks, Jeremie. But that doesn't enable access to older versions, just the new Adobe release, correct?
