Dark edge appears after baking

In substance painter, you can see the edge but not that noticeable.

However, after baking it, the edge became dark. I tried baking it in 4096, still no use. Is is bacause I didn't bevel the hard edge?

Hi @Jin23074855s5bi,

Make sure you have a UV seam in sharp edges of your mesh. Substance Painter will highlight in pink edges that have missing seams in the baking view.

In addition, you can follow this workaround if you want to avoid visible seams.
