Didn't recieve verification e-mail for Substance 3D student license

Well, the title is pretty self explanatory. In the Substance 3D student license website, I put my e-mail to proceed in the verification process, but no e-mail arrives. I already tried with my Adobe account e-mail, with my educational e-mail, with another personal e-mail but no luck in any of this attempts. And if I try to put the same e-mail adress again, then a message shows up "UniqueID already exists".

Doesn't work for me as well, used my school email (which worked a year ago, I am renewing the license) and submitted it and it told me the request was successful. Waited for hours, checked every single spam/trash folder in my email, and nothing.

After a few days I received it in my student email, but it went directly into the spam folder. If you happen to have a student email, give it a try.

Hi,

any time frame on when this is going to be fixed for good or any possibility to get a manual verification done if there are such severe problems over months? This is highly inconvenient.
