Drag and Drop Capabilities

Hello, 

We would like to be able to drag and drop custom information into painter and then using a custom hook to trigger functions in our plugin.

- Does Painter support adding custom hooks to drop events? For example, a custom hook happening when dropping a sbsar. 

- Does Painter support dropping custom information like a json file?
