Eyedropper pick from screen not working

Hello everyone, has anyone encountered this issue on Mac...
When prompted to allow Painter to record screen

I go ahead and do this (Multiple times)

Still I'm unable  to color pick from the screen, reference image etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this used to work very well.
