failed to decode bitmap

Hi Guys,
"Substance painter version 11.0.3 build 4609
Windows"

I can't save the file with a different name, and when I try to bake one of the meshes, Painter crashes and closes.

The last few days have been difficult, as this error has appeared several times, causing loss of work time.

Please, does anyone know how to fix these bugs?

It appears that the project Witch_1_5.spp is corrupted, now the question is "why does it get corrupted?". Do you have by any chance custom resources in your project?

Hi Cyril, thanks for replying,

What I have in my project are some materials that I downloaded from "https://substance3d.adobe.com/community-assets" and some textures that I imported.

I'm now trying to access the folder where the textures I exported from Painter are located, and I'm getting a corrupted folder message.

I used the hard drive check and asked it to check and correct errors, and now I can access the folder.

It reported several errors, but I can't say if these errors were caused by Painter; if you want, I can send you the report.
